	I'm Spartacus! no, I'm Spartacus!

I'm Spartacus is a very simple game.
The objective of the game is to become Spartacus, the King of the Gladiators.
There is only one way to become Spartacus and that is to take on and defeat the current Spartacus.
To be in a position to challenge then you will have had to work up to the rank of Gladiator.

Update version 0.51
The game has undergone a major update. The basis of the game is the same but has been significantly tweaked to improve gameplay.

Creating a Gladiator
When creating your Gladiator you can define the attributes the Gladiator will carry into battle.
Up to 40 attribute points can be distributed over 8 characteristics.
Each characteristic should be set with a value between 2 and 10.
You will be emailed the ID and password of your Gladiator so that you can send him into battle.
If you do not wish to receive emails when your Gladiator is challenged in the Arena then untick the Arena News option.

Training your Gladiator
Training your Gladiator will increase the skills of your Gladiator.
Training will cost you 10 credits and will increase one of your Gladiator's attributes by up to 6 points.
You can train you Gladiator as much as you like, as long as you have the necessary credits.
Training no longer last an hour, your Gladiator will be available to fight again immediately.

Gladiator Ranks
A Gladiator can move up the ranks as his experience increases.
To move your Gladiator through the ranks you will have to win 10 fights within your current rank.
You will only be able to be challenge or be challenge by another Gladiator of similar rank.
The ranks, in order are: Prisoner, Slave, Soldier, Gladiator, Spartacus.

Fighting in the Arena
The main purpose of having a Gladiator is see him fight in the Arena.
Select the Arena option and your Gladiator will be scheduled to fight another Gladiator of the same ranking.
If there are no available Gladiators then you will get to challenge a sparring partner.
Fighting in the Arena cost 5 credits, but if you challenged then you will receive 5 credits.

If you are the challenger and you win the battle then you will be awared 20 credit.
If you lose the battle then one of his attributes will be decreased by 3 points.
If your Gladiator is the winner then one of his attributes will be increased by 5 points.

Along will the eight main attributes, the no of fights, amount of training, weapons, armour and
the Gladiator's age are all factored in when determining the outcome of a challenge.

Challenging another Gladiator
You can now challenge another Gladiator. To do so just go to the Gladiator List page and click on the icon against the Gladiator you wish to challenge.
You can only challenge one Gladiator at a time, to change your selection then simply select another Gladiator.
You cannot challenge Spartacus or one of your own Gladiators.

Accepting a challenging from another Gladiator
To accept a challenge from another Gladiator simply click on the icon against their name on the main Gladiator details page.

Marketplace
Your Gladiator can be provided with weapons and armour by purchasing them in the Marketplace

Death and Glory
Being a Gladiator is very dangerous and death is always never far away.
If one of your key attributes goes below zero then death can be the only outcome.
Gladiator's should be aware that death can occur even to the strongest and mightiest.
For those Gladiator's that do survive then the hardships of life as a Gladiator will start to take their toll
and Gladiator's over 40 days old will start to weaken

Spartacus
There can only be one Spartacus. The objective of the game is to work your way up to challenging and then defeating the current Spartacus
Once you have become Spartacus do you have the range of attributes to hold of the challenges to your position you will ultimately face?

As this game is still under development then there maybe cases where I will have to reset the database.
This may result in the loss of your Gladiators. Hopefully this would be a last resort but you have been warned!
